Gale Estates Hot Sauces
I love making hot sauces. It is hard work, it hurts but I love it. I cry when I make them but it is all worth it in the end.

Bottles of Pineapple Fury hot sauce with pineapple, habaneros, and honey on a wooden table.

Five bottles of Reaper Wrath hot sauce with reapers, pineapple, and honey on a wooden table.

Sealing the caps is a lot easier than I anticipated. You just take the bottle with the plastic film loosely on the cap and dunk it in boiling water for a couple seconds. That’s it! I tried to smoke some peppers using oak wood chips and my standard grill. It worked out ok. I do need to get me a proper smoker soon.
