After a bread is out of the oven, rested so it cools, cut, sliced, buttered and eaten - the next part is storing it. Storing fresh bread is not only important but it is also tricky. We have tried a number of methods and this is the last one, and potentially one of the more successful one. It is a bag that has a waxy feel. It seems to keep the bread fresh for longer than the other things we tried.
As far as I am concerned, I will eat hard and older home made bread also, but if the bread is still soft on the inside and crispy on the outside - I will most definitely be even happier.

The texture and especially the pattern is nice.

The wax hard material can get folded on its own, which is nice to keep the bread fresh and protected from drying up in open air and the elements.

It first one home made bread easily, maybe even two. We always cut the bread in half so inevitably, we are storing half breads.
